Instructions

  1. Remember not to touch your face after cleaning jalapeño peppers (wear plastic gloves).

  2. Chop them on a plate or other nonporous surface.

  3. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.

  4. Refrigerate covered for up to 2 weeks.

  5. Serve good with naan or pita bread or with roasted meats.
