Heidi's Chicken & Cream Cheese Bundles
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Sauté green onions and mushrooms in 2 tblesp. butter until onions are translucent.

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and cubed chicken breasts.

Open cans of crescent rolls.

Press two triangles together to form a square.

Place a mound of the cream cheese mixture on one side of the square.

Fold the other side over the top of the mound to form a rectangle.

Crimp around the edges of the bundles to seal.

Melt the 1/2 cube of butter.

Pour the stuffing mix into a shallow bowl.

Roll the bundles in the melted butter to cover them.

Immediately roll in the stuffing mix.

Put in shallow baking pan.

Bake until golden brown.
