Heidi's Chicken & Cream Cheese Bundles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Sauté green onions and mushrooms in 2 tblesp. butter until onions are translucent.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and cubed chicken breasts.

  4. Open cans of crescent rolls.

  5. Press two triangles together to form a square.

  6. Place a mound of the cream cheese mixture on one side of the square.

  7. Fold the other side over the top of the mound to form a rectangle.

  8. Crimp around the edges of the bundles to seal.

  9. Melt the 1/2 cube of butter.

  10. Pour the stuffing mix into a shallow bowl.

  11. Roll the bundles in the melted butter to cover them.

  12. Immediately roll in the stuffing mix.

  13. Put in shallow baking pan.

  14. Bake until golden brown.
