Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Carefully melt chocolate chips.

  3. In large bowl, cream together brown sugar and butter.

  4. Mix in rum extract, coffee, flour, and melted chocolate.

  5. Stir in chopped pecans.

  6. Pour into unbaked tart shell.

  7. Bake for 20 min. or until tart is puffed and beginning to crack.

  8. Garnish and refrigerate.
