Fresh Berry Pie
Instructions

Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie crust to cover.

Cover cream cheese with powdered sugar.

Separate firm berries from soft berries.

Put 2 cups of firm berries into pie crust.

Put remaining 2 cups of berries, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.

Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens.

When thickened, remove from heat.

Add lemon juice and butter.

Cool until lukewarm.

Pour berry mixture over berries in pie crust.

Chill a few hours to set the pie.

Top with whipped cream if desired.
