Instructions

With hands, knead all ingredients together (except egg white) just until blended.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Press pastry onto sides and bottom of tart pan.

Prick many times with fork.

Bake for 20-25 min., until golden.

Beat 1 egg white.

Quickly brush hot tart shell with beaten egg white.
