Kathy's Cranberry Loaf
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Grease and flour 2 bread loaf pans.

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.

Stir in nuts and cranberries.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs to mix; beat in buttermilk and oil.

Stir in orange rind.

Pour liquids over dry ingredients and gently mix.

Fill pans ½-¾ full.

Bake for 1 hour.

Cool loaves for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from pans.

Continue cooling on rack.

While still slightly warm, top with orange glaze.
