Jan Jackson's Crazy Bread
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, mix together yeast, warm water, sugar, flour and salt.

Knead for 3 minutes.

Cover and let rise for 10 minutes.

While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 325°.

Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan by putting the pan in the oven.

When butter is melted, take the pan out of the oven.

Put the kneaded dough in the pan after the first 10 minutes.

Let rise another 10 minutes.

Brush the top of the dough with a little of the melted butter in the bottom of the pan.

Sprinkle dough with garlic salt, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

Cut through the dough in the pan so that dough is in 1-inch strips for breadsticks or cut into squares for rolls.

Bake for 20 minutes.

After taking the bread out of the oven, cut it on the previous cut lines again while the bread is still hot.
