Honey - Whole Wheat Bread
Instructions

Stir dry milk into the warm water.

Add salt, sugar, butter, honey & yeast.

Stir in flours.

Knead at least 20 minutes in order to make a good gluten.

Let rise til double in size.

Shape into loaves & let rise until double again.

Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
