Instructions

  1. Stir dry milk into the warm water.

  2. Add salt, sugar, butter, honey & yeast.

  3. Stir in flours.

  4. Knead at least 20 minutes in order to make a good gluten.

  5. Let rise til double in size.

  6. Shape into loaves & let rise until double again.

  7. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
