Flour Tortillas
Instructions

Mix shortening into the dry ingredients.

Add water and mix until a ball is formed.

Let dough rest for at least 10 minutes but it can rest for up to 6 hours.

Shape the dough into 2-inch balls, then roll them out thin to make tortillas.

Fry on a lightly greased griddle or in a frying pan, flipping when on side begins to bubble.
